I haven’t really counted points for like 2 weeks now- I’m sitting at 157.4, which isn’t too bad, but I haven’t lost a good amount of weight since we got back from Kansas City. I think this goes to show that going off plan can be really bad news. I made brie stuffed french toast this morning but I counted it, so I think I’m back on track- let’s hope so. I have also stopped exercising which has probably been my biggest downfall.
That’s all for today- I’m a bit disappointed with myself, but what can you do but move on and do better? I plan on doing a little knitting today.
