Yesterday we went to the big mall in Norfolk with some friends of Jered’s from work. I went by H&M and bought two very cute shirts- then we had lunch at California Pizza Kitchen (I had a fantastic grilled veggie salad). Up until then we were doing fairly well, then we went up to Cheesecake Factory for dessert- ugh! Jered and I shared a piece of White Chocolate Peanut Butter cheesecake. It was delicious, but not worth the slow loss this week!
For dinner last night we went out for sushi with the same friends- we went to a great new place called Hiyashi and had this dynamite maki roll called the delta force- it was fantastic! After dinner we headed over to Maggie Moos for ice cream. Yesterday really was not the best weight watchers day!
Needless to say this morning’s weight loss was less than stellar- Friday I saw 158.3, which is the lowest I’ve seen so far, but this morning I was at 159. Not too shabby, at least I didn’t go back into the 160’s! This week Jered and I are going to be back on track- completely back on track. So much so that we’re getting ready to go walk the Nolan Trail (5 miles).
