The weight of 65 miles…

Unfortunately going on a 65 mile bike ride adds some sort of weight- even though we burned way more than we consumed yesterday because we were sitting on the bikes all day and had little time to digest the food that we did eat, we both showed about a 1-2 pound gain this morning. Of course, Friday when I weighed in I was at 158.7, which was down 1.5 from last week, so I logged my weight as 159.7 this morning- a half pound loss. I figure that there is not really a way that I could have gained three pounds between Friday and today, especially since we were so active. We will see how all of this plays out next week- probably quite well! (hopefully).

After getting back from our ride yesterday we went out for dinner with our friends and then to Busch Gardens. We didn’t ride any of the major coasters, but had a good time just walking around. Surprisingly we stayed until 10 pm and fell into bed when we got home.

This morning we got up and rushed over to Circuit City to get our Nintendo Wii. We have been waiting to get one for quite some time now and they finally had some this morning. We had a 10% off gift card and were able to use that towards our purchase. As I type Jered is engaged in a boxing match with Ryan, the girly-haired man (his words, not mine). It has been quite an eventful weekend, I think we need another weekend just to recover!
