Hopped on the scale this morning to find that I’d lost a pound and a half this week despite that quarter pounder with cheese I ate on Sunday last week! So now I’m down to just a hair over 160, and so close to being out of the 160’s all together. It’s exciting to think that next week I’ll be in a new category- one that I haven’t been in, in years. This week was tough because of the major points blow out last Sunday, so I definitely won’t be repeating that. It doesn’t look like we’re going to be getting any outdoor exercise in today because we’re experiencing what’s called a Nor’Easter- a bad wind/rain storm that’s already knocked half our screens off of our windows!
Last night we had some friends over and had a lovely pasta and salad dinner. We played phase ten and ate the aforementioned chocolate mint pudding. It was a nice night in with great food, great company and a good came of cards.
