We did a major spring clean on Sunday and ended up eating waaay too much food later Sunday night. We had leftover pizza and then went out for a burger and fries- there went almost all of the flex points for the week. But- it was a good thing, in a way. We decided to go for a quick paced bike ride last night when we both got home from work earning us 8 activity points, and then we went for a run this afternoon and ate very sensibly. I am hoping that we are actually kicking our metabolism into high gear by having a very high point day (it was insane, I ate 50 points… yikes!), and then exercising and eating reasonable the rest of the week. It should be interesting to see how this week pans out. I’m hoping for a good strong loss- if not, I have learned from my little slip=up!
