15 Pounds in 8 weeks

Not too shabby! This morning was the weekly weigh-in and I’m happy to say that I’m now down over 15 pounds. I jump started my weight loss this week by getting in over 20 activity points. I exercised 4 days this week and worked out hard all 4 of those days. This week my goal is to do 4-5 days of similarly challenging exercise and maybe add in a little weight training twice this week- just free weights and some exercise ball-type stuff.

This week’s stats:
Starting Weight: 163.6
Today’s Weight: 161.7
Weight Lost this Week: 1.9 pounds (yeah!)
Total Weight Lost in 8 Weeks: 15.3 pounds

Jered and I bought some tights for the bikes earlier this week and we are hoping to get out on the bikes this morning. Our big Tour de Cure ride is coming up in just 2 weeks!!! We will probably do a couple of hours on the bikes this morning- then we are headed to an Alien Easter party? (don’t know, our favorite sample guy Wayne from Trader Joe’s invited us). Should be a fun day! Happy Easter to all who celebrate it :)
