It hasn’t been a tough week for other stuff in my life, but I’ve had a really hard time staying on track with my weight loss. Ever since the little gain last week I’ve felt hungrier- on the brink of falling off the horse. I’ve done relatively well- still have over 15 flex points left at the end of the week with only tomorrow to go, but I don’t feel as good as I have the past few weeks. I think I need to re-motivate or dedicate somehow. So here goes.
For next week starting this Sunday I am going to aim for 18 activity points- that’s three a day for 6 days, or a bunch of activity on fewer days- however I do it, my goal is to earn 18 points. In addition to upping my activity I’m going to focus on changing up my breakfast foods so I’m not always eating the same old thing. I also want to really pay attention to the 8 good health guidelines- make sure I drink all the water I need to, eat more fruits and veggies and get in that extra dairy and healthy oil. It’s a tall order, but I want to really get back on the bandwagon full throttle. Wish me luck!
More updates on Sunday when I weigh in- hopefully I’ll see a loss- I’m hoping for around 1 pound. More would be nice, but I don’t think that’s too realistic for this week!
